Now Hiring - Maintenance Technician II (Night Shift) - Huntsville, AL
$4,000 Sign-on Bonus
Potential to earn monthly KPI's ($2.00 per hr.)
Pay Range $37-$42/hr / Shift differential - .50/hr for day shift and $2.50/hr for night shift. (Will train on days for the first 90 days)
Shift Schedule - 2-2-3, 12hr. straight shifts (non-rotating schedule)

As a Maintenance Technician II you will...
  • Troubleshoot and repair of electrical controls, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC (Siemens and AB) and pneumatics on all site equipment.
  • Provide technical support for all new equipment installations.
  • Perform and ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM's) are completed per schedule and that all plant lab and weighing systems are performing within the specifications of the process requirements.
  • Gather and analyze technical data and recommend needed repairs or modifications on production equipment. Update all electrical / mechanical drawings for equipment modifications. (ie. red line drawings).
  • Assist in the development of PM programs for all new equipment.
  • Establish or modify work procedures including PM to meet the demands of the site.
  • Make recommendations to improve maintenance and production operations.
  • Create corrective work notifications in SAP for all production equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 7 years I&E / Industrial Maintenance experience, required OR an Associate/Technical degree in a related Industrial Maintenance field, with 3 years of I&E / Industrial Maintenance experience preferred.
