Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking two Business Systems Analysts (Remote) to support fraud product and fraud analytics teams. These roles will focus heavily on manual functional testing, application defects, vulnerability remediation, UAT, regression testing, and release validation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform manual functional testing of applications and application enhancements
* Conduct functional and regression testing to identify defects and ensure application quality
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Test application defects and vulnerability remediation efforts
* Validate that defects and vulnerabilities have been properly resolved
* Perform release validation and testing prior to production releases
* Document and track defects through resolution
* Create and execute test cases and document test results, preferably using qTest
* Collaborate with development, Scrum, and product teams throughout the testing lifecycle
* Assist Scrum Masters and Project Managers with testing-related input for user stories
* Work across multiple fraud product teams and applications
* Communicate testing results, defects, risks, and potential issues to project stakeholders
* Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of software/application testing experience
* Strong experience with functional testing
* Experience performing regression testing
* Experience supporting UAT
* Experience with defect identification, documentation, and management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working as a manual tester in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment
* Ability to create, execute, and document test cases
Preferred:
* qTest - strongly preferred
* Tosca, particularly experience creating or executing automated tests
* SQL
* Jira
* API testing with Postman
* Exposure to test automation
* Experience working in the banking or financial services industry
* Experience testing AI-driven applications, identifying vulnerabilities, or validating vulnerability remediation is also highly valuable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
