Business Development Representative
SERVPRO® of Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative who thrives on building connections, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue by sharing the SERVPRO® story. Primary Responsibilities 
Sales, Marketing & Relationship Management 
• Promote and sell SERVPRO® services within an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals 
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships through daily marketing calls and partner visits 
• Develop new business by identifying prospects and executing a systematic outreach process 
• Educate clients and customers on SERVPRO® services, competitive advantages, and brand benefits 
• Oversee and maintain the client database using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and activities 
• Increase brand awareness through participation in professional associations, trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) events 
• Utilize SERVPRO® marketing tools to effectively market services and communicate value 
• Monitor and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met 
• Provide management with sales updates, revenue reporting, and territory performance insights 
• Consistently grow territory revenue by achieving and exceeding established goals  
Requirements 
Experience & Skill Set 
• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience 
• Strong process- and results-driven mindset 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
• Highly dependable, self-motivated, and proactive 
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple relationships effectively 
• Strong business and financial acumen 
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and current business software technologies 
• Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law) 
Education 
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred 
• Equivalent experience will be considered
