Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of framing projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution, developing project timelines and schedules to meet deadlines and budget requirements, managing project budgets and financial projections, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, and identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.Requirements include experience in framing construction, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processes, ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, must be 18 y.o. or older, knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
