  • This role will collaborate closely with Xumo business leaders to provide financial & operational analysis. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years financial analysis experience, supporting a start-up type business with the ability to take ownership, adapt quickly & provide financial recommendations to support the business toward continued growth.
  • Revenue-focused FP&A experience highly preferred. Advertising, media, streaming platform industry experience a plus.
  • Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA- 4 days a week in office/1 day remote

Responsibilities:

  • Providing budget, forecast, and variance analysis, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial management
  • Simplifying complex financial information, providing rationale behind reports and analyses for clear communication
  • Collaborating on special projects, offering financial expertise and analysis to drive project success
  • Conducting in-depth economic evaluations and business cases to inform strategic financial planning and portfolio decisions
  • Identifying emerging financial trends to integrate into strategic planning and inform decision-making
  • Partnering with internal finance teams to consolidate financial results
  • Partnering with business leaders to deliver on finance projects that support decision-making on strategic growth and operational effectiveness
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
