Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) was founded in 1973 to improve the lives of all Oregonians through the power of philanthropy. In partnership with donors and volunteers, OCF works to strengthen communities in every county in Oregon through research, grantmaking, and scholarships. OCF is one of the largest community foundations in the country with over $4 billion in assets under management. In 2025, OCF distributed $202 million in grants and scholarships.


OCF seeks a creative and driven Senior Complex Gifts Officer (Senior Officer) to provide expert counsel on complex and non-cash gifts to potential and current donors. The successful candidate will provide effective community outreach and maintain collaborative working relationships with donors, OCF team members, and professional advisors. The Senior Officer will ensure the development of, and compliance with, gift acceptance policies and procedures for non-cash gifts.
