• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health needs, risks, and strengths.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using various modalities tailored to each client's circumstances, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or mindfulness techniques.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and proactively monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to ensure clients have ready access to supportive mental health services, especially for those facing mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in line with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

As a mental health therapist, you will primarily support adults grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters a solid therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Strong organizational skills paired with the ability to manage time efficiently in order to handle a diverse caseload.

While we welcome therapists at various levels of experience, preference will be given to candidates with a robust background in providing therapy to diverse populations and those with specific experience in trauma-informed care. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation systems is also desirable.
