Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and build rapport through a virtual platform.
  • Empathetic disposition, exhibiting understanding and compassion for clients’ diverse experiences and struggles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring client schedules and documentation are handled promptly.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions with proficiency in teletherapy tools and software.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies relevant to diverse mental health issues.
  • Previous work experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development in mental health counseling.
