Jefferson Radiology is seeking a patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing team!
Position Summary:
  • Provide superior support and assistance to patients as they prepare for various Radiology exams, including Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures
  • Will meet with patients to verify their histories and discuss protocols for their examinations and procedures
  • Assistance with Interventional Radiology procedures
  • Assistance with MRI and CT examinations

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Certified Medical Assistance, LPN, or EMT preferred
  • CPR (BLS), required
  • 2+ years of prior medical office experience
  • For Interventional Radiology procedures, surgical office/hospital setting experience highly preferred
  • For MRI and CT examinations, must demonstrate an understanding of MRI and CT procedures

COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is $19-$27. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
