Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
  • Picking and filling orders from stock, packing and organizing orders and ensures accuracy in all incoming and outgoing deliveries.  
  • Manage and receive all airlines local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered are matching as per invoice and delivery order.
  • Paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing is according to company guidelines.
  • Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels to detect materials reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
  • Keep and maintain a data base regarding all kind of procedures from export of material returns, cargo pick-ups or U.S. Custom’s information.
  • In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of DO&CO.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company guidelines regarding storage and warehousing.

Qualifications: 

  • Proactive and self-organized.
  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, heavy workload and standing for a prolonged period as necessary with ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Team leader qualities with strong communication skills.
  • Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service.
  • Solution seeker and effective decision maker.
  • Flexibility (different shifts – day, night, weekends, holidays).
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or any relevant preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a logistics/warehouse.
  • Forklift Certified is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.
