WSFS Bank is seeking a candidate for an Infrastructure Systems Engineer - Level III position. This incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert on a 10+ engineering team, bringing considerable industry experience while being mentored in WSFS-specific technologies and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage system users, vendors, and stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, issues, and risks to create understanding for both technical and non-technical groups.
  • Adhere to established procedures and change management processes and work to clarify and improve them further.
  • Host cross-training engagements with both team members and relevant departments.
  • Continued technical training and skill development.
  • Manage, maintain, and support the infrastructure in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond and own infrastructure outages and impairments to resolution.
  • Design and execute complex technical solutions with status updates to senior leadership.
  • Address the infrastructure team weekly, providing variables, delays, and timeline of current projects.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation both during and after hours (typically one week per month).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline and or equivalent amount of education and or directly related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an infrastructure systems engineer.
  • Subject-matter expertise in two or more of the following: Active Directory Group Policy, Azure VM Deployment and OS Management, Azure Blob Storage Management and Connectivity, Cisco UCS Server Maintenance and Installation, Entra ID Enterprise Applications and App Registrations, File transfer automation (vCron/MoveIt), Microsoft SQL Management and Maintenance, Nutanix Prism Central & Element Administration, Pure Storage Clustering and Connectivity, or Rubrik Foundation with Datacenter and Cloud Storage.
  • Must have experience with writing and maintenance of custom scripts to increase automation, system efficiency, and lower downtime via PowerShell and/or vCron automation.
  • Must have the ability to participate in on-call support rotation both during and after business hours (typically once week per month).
  • Must have the ability to travel within the WSFS Bank footprint in the Greater Philadelphia region as needed.

Salary Range:

$92,869.00 - $152,569.00

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
