Spring 2028 internships run from approximately January 10 - March 10.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedules basic financial information including bank statements, tax returns, and financial statements.
  • Prepares and reviews workpapers and reports.
  • Conducts research using various subscription tools and publicly available information.
  • Assists with valuation and forensic analysis, including interpretation of financial statements and input for expert witness exhibits.
  • Takes responsibility for accuracy of information and work in all aspects of a client assignment from beginning to end.
  • Works with discovery team to reconcile documents and data produced in preparation for submission to courts, attorneys, and clients.
  • Communicates findings, observations, and irregularities with the team.
  • Works with the team to document findings and case issues.
  • Develops knowledge of the relevant statutory and family codes and their applicability to accounting principles in performance of forensic accounting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate accounting major
  • 3.2+ GPA (or a really good explanation)
  • Completion of Intermediate Accounting I
  • Desire to learn
