Regular video meetings, shared digital workspaces, and cloud-based project management systems are common, enabling team members to review prototypes, provide feedback, and track progress efficiently. While working remotely presents challenges such as time zone differences and limited hands-on material testing, consistent communication and clear documentation help ensure that the development process runs smoothly. Building strong virtual relationships and proactively addressing potential issues are key to success in this collaborative environment.
