Job Description:

  • 5+ years’ experience minimum preferred, ideally in performance footwear development
  • Footwear development experience,
  • Model view reading abilities (3D CAD)
  • Connection to/passion for basketball (previous wear testing, athlete experience, etc.)
  • Please note that this is a development role, not design; candidates must be familiar with the process of footwear development, not just the initial design portion
