Job Summary

Premium Football Game Lead ($18/hr + Tips)

Job Description:

Step into the action with Beaver Street Food Co.! We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Premium team at Oregon State University. As a Premium Football Game Lead, you'll bring energy and professionalism to our private club bars during football games, creating an unforgettable experience for guests. Plus, there's potential for additional shifts at special catering events.

Responsibilities:
  • Active in Position as server or bartender while leading your club, bar or Premium station team during the entirety of the football season and each game.
  • Set up, stock, and prepare your station, handling opening and closing duties independently or in a team as assigned.
  • Oversee club opening and closing checklists, delegating tasks effectively.
  • Manage team breaks, uphold uniform standards, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise staff checkout at the end of shifts, coordinate with supervisors, and finalize nightly responsibilities.
  • Conduct inventory counts before and after games.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Commitment to working all home football games throughout the season.
  • Ability to obtain an OLCC license and Food Handler card if not already obtained.
  • One season of experience in a Premium Team role during football season.
  • Minimum of one year of proven bartending experience.
  • Solid knowledge of standard cocktails, recipes, jigger use, beer pours, and cocktail builds.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays of food.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred high-volume experience and POS familiarity (not required).
