Director of Athletic Ministries and Head Football Coach 

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
 
The Football Linebackers Coach at FBA is responsible for leading the development of linebackers within the football program in a way that reflects the mission, vision, and spiritual priorities of First Baptist Academy. The Linebackers Coach will develop student athletes in football skill, defensive understanding, physical preparation, discipline, leadership, toughness, teamwork, and personal growth while using athletics as a platform for discipleship and character formation.
