Required Qualifications:

  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of creating high-quality presentations.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization, from executives to individual contributors.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguous situations, defining milestones independently.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving impact.
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work in our Plano, TX office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a product-driven organization.

Salary Range: $96,700 to $102,420 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

  • Build data-driven recommendations to guide business decisions.
  • Maintain performance trackers and reports for ongoing initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end execution of strategic projects, managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
  • Develop clear, engaging presentations and materials for leadership discussions.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations through strategic storytelling.
  • Provide thought partnership to senior leaders on tactical and strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture; sharing feedback and ideas that help evolve team systems and ways of working.
