Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN (Hybrid)

Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity:

I am currently seeking a high-caliber Senior Strategy Analyst to join the Enterprise Strategy team for a global leader in the agriculture, food, and energy sectors. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Strategy, where you will act as a key advisor to senior executive leadership.

Our client is a massive, member-owned cooperative with a footprint spanning 19 countries. This role is perfect for a former management consultant or a corporate strategy professional who excels at turning complex data into actionable multi-year growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build robust financial models and perform deep-dive market research to support capital prioritization and investment decisions.
  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional stakeholders through the annual strategic planning cycle, moving projects from initial ambiguity to final executive decision-making.
  • Executive Storytelling: Synthesize research and competitive intelligence into high-impact presentations for C-suite and Board-level audiences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to track strategic execution against stated goals and identify areas for pivot or improvement.

The Ideal Profile:

  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or high-level financial analysis.
  • Industry Knowledge: While not required, experience in the Ag-Tech, Food, Energy, or Supply Chain sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Excellence: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex datasets and translate them into "big picture" insights.
  • Communication: A polished professional presence with the ability to facilitate workshops and influence senior leaders.
  • Education: A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.

Why Join This Organization?

Compensation & Benefits:

Our client provides a comprehensive total rewards package, including:

Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.

Traditional Pension Plan and 401(k) with company match.

Full suite of medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.

Flexible hybrid work schedule and a focus on professional development.
