Position Summary

The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team members, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain performance, quality, and service standards.


Essential Functions

As a Shift Lead, you will:

  • Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members
  • Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards
  • Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting
  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Compensation

Pay Range: $12 per hour – $13 per hour
