Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports all food and beverage operations during music festivals and live events. This role ensures vendors, inventory, and food service areas are organized, stocked, and running efficiently to deliver a smooth and high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$21.00

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily food operations across multiple festival vendors and stands.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of food service areas, including tents and equipment.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
  • Support food vendors with supplies, logistics, and operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food service areas.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly during service and escalate when needed.
  • Work closely with operations, concessions, and event leadership teams.
  • Assist with receiving and distributing deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food service, concessions, or event operations preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor festival environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
