The Opportunity

The Field Service Coordinator supports scheduling and coordination of service activities, including assigning technicians, tracking availability, confirming job readiness, coordinating training schedules, tracking certifications, and supporting compliance with safety and operational requirements.

What you will do?

  • Support scheduling and coordination of service activities, including assigning technicians, tracking availability, and confirming job readiness.
  • Coordinate training schedules, track certifications, and support compliance with safety and operational requirements.
  • Manage logistics for field teams, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Partner with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure parts, tools, and equipment are available and delivered on time.
  • Verify field personnel have appropriate PPE, tools, and documentation prior to deployment.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including facility walkthroughs and initial setup for new hires.
  • Maintain communication with Service Managers, Leads, and technicians to track progress, support field execution, and address logistical issues.
  • Assist with basic documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks to support overall service operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support service team needs and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate’s degree preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in service coordination, logistics, or operational support.
  • Experience in field service, construction, or technical environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex scheduling and multi-site operations preferred.
  • Understanding of service coordination, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Ability to manage multi-project coordination efforts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
