What is the role about?
This role supports the coordination and administration of service activities, training needs, and general office operations. The Service Coordinator helps keep service work organized by coordinating with internal teams, representative partners, and customers to align schedules, resources, billing, training, and communication. This position plays an important role in supporting stakeholders and helping ensure a positive customer service experience.
Which tasks will you perform?
  • Represent Endress+Hauser as the direct point of contact for customers, sales, and service representatives
  • Manage service-related requests and coordinate service activities for customer support
  • Ensure services are accurately priced, timely, and meet customer expectations
  • Provide quotations for services and repairs and follow-up with customers to ensure timely invoices
  • Track service events, complaints and customer needs for continuous improvement efforts
  • Document and maintain service and repair order details, including problems and resolutions, costs, pricing, and follow-up processes
  • Utilize SAP for order entry, parts tracking, replacement equipment tracking, and invoicing processes.
  • Continuously identify and lead improvement projects to create efficiency, limit risk, and enhance customer experience in large part utilizing transactional customer satisfaction survey feedback via Salesforce
  • Work as member of a team and partner with product management and marketing in the development, production of training materials and be the main contact for scheduling of training events
  • Support the overall business operations including event and meeting coordination and customer/visitor management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to help ensure required materials and tools are available to support service activities
  • Collaborate closely with all business functions, and specifically with sales, service, representative partners and customers

What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
  • Associate's degree in a business or technical field or 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Occasional travel may be required, up to 10% of the time
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite or similar business tools

You may have (preferred):
  • Experience using business management platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Ability to prepare documents and presentations with clarity and impact
  • Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative
