What does a Food Scientist Product Developer do?

A Food Scientist Product Developer is responsible for creating and improving food products by researching ingredients, developing recipes, and ensuring products are safe, nutritious, and appealing to consumers. They test and modify formulas, work with cross-functional teams, and oversee the product from concept to market launch.
