  • In deiner Rolle als Controller Non Food (m/w/d) bist du kompetente*r Sparringspartner*in für den Non Food-Bereich und unterstützt diesen bei der kaufmännischen Steuerung unserer Gebrauchsartikel.
  • Du verstehst die Anforderungen der Fachbereiche, holst relevante Kennzahlen ein und analysierst und bewertest die Performance unseres Non Food-Geschäfts.
  • Monatsabschlüsse liegen ebenso in deiner Verantwortung, wie Vorschau und Planung oder die Weiterentwicklung unserer Steuerungstools.
  • Chancen und Risiken adressierst du proaktiv und challengst Entscheidungen im Hinblick auf deren Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • In deiner Funktion schaffst du ein objektives und transparentes Bild der wirtschaftlichen Faktenlage und erarbeitest auf dieser Basis klare Handlungsempfehlungen für deine Ansprechpartner*innen.
  • Du hast Spaß an Systemen und gestaltest die neue Non Food-Planungssoftware aktiv mit.

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium und hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Konsumgüter- oder Handelsumfeld.
  • Es bereitet dir Freude, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert und vereinfacht aufzubereiten und darzustellen.
  • Hierbei hilft dir nicht zuletzt dein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie dein wirtschaftliches Verständnis.
