We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Janitorial Sales - Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our janitorial and commercial cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and close new opportunities in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and enhancing our client relationships throughout Southern Virginia. This client-facing position will focus on developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for identifying market trends, understanding client needs, and providing tailored custodial solutions that align with our clients' objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our client base in Southern Virginia, specifically targeting commercial office spaces, school systems, and manufacturing facilities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and service evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
