As a Food Runner, you're not just maintaining supplies for food and beverage service - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Keep the buffet looking and tasting great: Stock and replenish food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets, monitor food quality to ensure it stays fresh and appealing, and transport items to and from the kitchen with efficiency
  • Ensure a clean and inviting space: Keep the buffet area tidy and organized throughout service and break down the buffet after service to clean and reset
  • Organize stock: Store food and dry goods according to food safety and storage standards
  • Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
