This role leads beverage team members, manages inventory and cost controls, and drives revenue through innovative beverage programming and high service standards.  What is expected of YOU:Leadership & Team Management
  • Train, coach, and develop beverage team members, including bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily beverage operations across all outlets, including bars, lounges, and gaming floor service
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards and guest experience excellence
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall casino operations
Financial & Inventory Control
  • Manage beverage budgets, including labor and cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss
  • Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
Guest Experience
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop beverage menus, promotions, and special events to enhance guest engagement
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal alcohol laws and gaming regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all beverage areas
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service and team member safety protocols
Experience YOU will need:
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-unit food and beverage operations or casino/hotel operations
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of standards for all aspects of F&B service, storeroom procedures, and cooking methods
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be familiar with all equipment used in F&B outlets
  • Must be computer literate
  • May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights and excessive noise, and to commercial kitchen environmental factors
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to: sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling and squatting
  • Able to handle high volume and stressful situations
  • Bilingual preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend and stoop
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials up to 30 pounds
