Interns typically work in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, or other hospitality settings, assisting with a variety of tasks such as food preparation, customer service, inventory management, and event planning. This internship is designed to provide practical knowledge, industry insight, and valuable networking opportunities, helping individuals prepare for a career in food and beverage management or related fields.

What types of hands-on experience can I expect during a food beverage internship?

As a Food & Beverage intern, you can expect to rotate through various departments such as kitchen operations, front-of-house service, and event catering. You'll gain practical skills like food preparation, customer service, and inventory management, often working under the supervision of experienced chefs and managers. Interns also frequently participate in team meetings and assist with daily operations, offering a well-rounded view of how food and beverage departments function within the hospitality industry. This exposure helps interns build valuable relationships and prepares them for potential full-time roles after graduation.
