Are you looking to kickstart your career in warehousing? Kelly is now hiring for Food Assembly Workers at a leading facility in Romeoville, IL. No prior experience is needed—comprehensive training will be provided.

Why Join Kelly as a Food Assembly Worker?
  • Full-Time Opportunities
  • Shifts & Pay:
    • 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. ($16/hr, weekly pay)
    • 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. ($17/hr, weekly pay)
  • Monday to Friday schedule, possible OT on Saturday
  • Temp-to-Hire positions
  • Possible $300 bonus within 1st 3 weeks! (perfect attendance) 

What You’ll Do:
  • Work in a cold storage environment (temps at or below 37°F)
  • Inspect and perform quality control of food products
  • Assemble, shrink wrap, and pack pizza products
  • Stand for the entirety of your shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs, often repetitively
  • Work efficiently at the production line’s pace
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including hygiene and hand washing protocols

What We’re Looking For:
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Comfortable working in cold refrigerated/freezer conditions
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to push/pull loads with manual or electric pallet jacks
  • Capable of working at a fast pace, as well as bending and squatting as needed
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn—no experience required!
