You'll sit within the Global Marketing organization as the Food & Beverage segment's single point of accountability for market success. Your authority comes from expertise and credibility, not a reporting structure. You'll influence without formal power and own segment financial outcomes including pipeline, new logo acquisition, up sells/cross sells, and retention.

You'll partner with Product Management on roadmaps and messaging, collaborate with Operations and Customer Success on retention, and advocate for segment needs in planning cycles.

About you

You are a natural owner who doesn't wait to be assigned responsibility. You're organized and clear-headed in complexity, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and your default is to solve challenges. You have B2B experience in product marketing, sales, strategy, food operations, or food manufacturing-ideally in SaaS or enterprise software. You communicate clearly and influence through expertise and relationships without formal authority.

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:

  • Direct experience in food & beverage operations, manufacturing, or food production
  • Track record owning a business segment or vertical end-to-end
  • Experience representing food & beverage industry solutions in forums or on stage
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority

Preferred Skills

  • Food & beverage operations: supply traceability, compliance, production
  • GTM tools and CRM platforms in B2B SaaS
  • Demand planning and quality management experience
