A growing food production company is seeking an R&D Food Scientist to join its research and development team in Madelia, MN. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a food science professional or culinary professional who enjoys hands-on laboratory work, product testing, and supporting innovation in a manufacturing environment.
The R&D Food Scientist will support laboratory analysis, reagent preparation, and product trials across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to build technical skills, contribute to product development initiatives, and work with a collaborative team focused on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory analysis to support research, development, and production needs across multiple locations.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and laboratory materials according to established procedures.
