The Financial Analyst will leverage automation and standard reporting to provide the foundational data needed to construct a meaningful story.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Aggregating data, running reports, completing ad hocs, templates, dashboards and workbooks assigned by the Data Analyst Manager, Market Strategists and/or Analytic Consultants
  • Utilization and delivery of requests utilizing and adhering to data systems, sources, methodologies, logic, parameters, load times, lag considerations, data limitations, governance guidelines and any other data-related concerns
  • Partner with Data Analyst Managers, Market Strategists, Analytic Consultants and Enterprise Consultants as needed to adjust the specifics of the data and reporting necessary
  • Will develop the skills and expertise over time to prepare for more advanced roles within the office and enterprise
  • Provide data and analysis to develop the client's clinical program performance This is an Internal role - no travel or client engagements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of data analysis experience- ability to work with large volumes of data disparate relational data bases and familiarity with various database technologies
  • Progressive work experience in data and analytics or related role
  • Academic knowledgeable of healthcare cost and quality topics, as well as able to speak to emerging industry trends
  • Ability to understand and support modern large-scale data pipelines to support data integration for reporting & analytics
  • Proven intermediate or higher skills within Office 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated financial, analytical and business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data analytics, data science, or statistics
  • Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills; successful virtual presentation experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
