Job description

What you will do
  • Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast supply chain performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision‑making.
  • Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable efficient and effective operations, such as labor plans and unit forecasts.
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of initiatives, including supply chain business cases and market tests.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, store operations, and customer experience, to gather data and insights for analysis.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing insights for cost optimization.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.
  • Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of two and support their development.
What you will need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 6+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience in financial planning & analysis.
  • Background in supply chain (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to exercise business judgment and effectively communicate with management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with industry‑leading BI tools such as Tableau or Cognos.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Expected Work Location (In Office)

It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235). You are required to work in the office at least four days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.
