Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze customer, shopper, retail, and business data to identify meaningful trends, patterns, opportunities, and insights.
  • Support internal business users in effectively using customer insights and analytics tools.
  • Help drive adoption and usage of customer analytics platforms across assigned user groups.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Support insights related to customer retention, shopping trips, basket growth, assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Interpret dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs and explain findings to business stakeholders.
  • Create compelling presentations, reports, and business case studies that communicate customer and business insights.
  • Provide user support, training, coaching, and enablement to help business teams get greater value from analytics.
  • Gather feedback from business users and identify opportunities to improve the user experience and adoption of analytics solutions.
  • Develop ad hoc analyses and reporting to address business questions and stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to support customer insights and business initiatives.
  • Track and communicate metrics related to platform usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.
  • Support retail/FMCG/consumer analytics initiatives and help convert data into actionable business decisions


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • 2–3+ years of experience in customer insights, retail analytics, consumer analytics, business insights, sales analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Retail, FMCG/CPG, convenience retail, consumer products, or similar industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into business insights.
  • Experience interpreting dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another BI/data visualization tool preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with business users and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and ad hoc analytical assignments.
  • Ability to explain analytical concepts and findings in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Experience with Circana / IRI, Nielsen/NielsenIQ, Kantar, or similar consumer/retail data platforms.
  • Shopper or customer insights experience.
  • Retail/FMCG/CPG analytics experience.
  • Customer segmentation or shopper behavior analytics.
  • Assortment analytics.
  • Pricing and promotion analytics.
  • Customer success, user enablement, onboarding, or analytics-platform adoption experience.
  • Experience creating business case studies and executive presentations.
