Director of Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce Salary starts at $170,000k We're seeking a performance-driven Director of E-Commerce to lead and expand our direct-to-consumer business across brand-owned websites. This role is perfect for a strategic operator with deep experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and knows how to turn brand demand into measurable eCommerce growth. You'll own the DTC channel end to end — from site experience and merchandising to conversion optimization and retention — driving revenue exclusively through owned digital platforms , not third-party marketplaces like Amazon. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale all aspects of the DTC eCommerce business for a growing FMCG brand, including site operations, merchandising, and digital marketing execution. Drive conversion optimization , retention, and customer lifetime value through testing, analytics, and consumer insights. Develop and manage the promotional calendar , seasonal campaigns, and new product launches. Partner with marketing, creative, operations, and IT to deliver seamless customer experiences and backend efficiency.
