This job of Royal Canin Korea will be responsible for strategic growth engine connecting brand and consumer by integrating cross-channel acquisition across online, offline, and Naver Shop-in-Shop with an omni-channel CRM ecosystem.This role drives next-level business growth and maximizes LTV through data-driven performance analysis, lifecycle management, by integrating and orchestrating multiple channel CRM campaigns by collaborating with Internal (Local, APAC region and Headquarters) stakeholders, and external vendor partners.

[Key Responsibilities]

OMNI-CHANNEL DATA ACQUISITION & JOURNEY OPTIMIZATION

  • Integrated Multi-channel Management: Gain deep insights into all acquisition touchpoints, including performance media, Naver Shop-in-Shop, and offline channels, to analyze and optimize their overall impact.
  • Consumer Journey Optimization: Map out end-to-end customer journeys strategies across various entry points and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize conversion rates and seamless user journeys.
  • Performance Analytics & Strategy: Combine performance data from all channels to find clear insights and lead the planning and execution of future acquisition strategies.

INTEGRATED CRM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

  • Unified CRM Governance: Maintain a comprehensive view of all CRM campaigns (Naver TalkTalk, KakaoTalk, LMS) by overseeing and managing the master integrated marketing calendar.
  • Lifecycle & Fatigue Management: Architect and manage consumer lifecycles and personalized journeys while carefully controlling message frequency to avoid annoying consumers and keep them engaged.
  • CRM Leadership: Provide strategic direction to channel managers, establish precise consumer segmentation and targeting strategies, and harmonize tactics for synergetic campaign outcomes.
  • Strategic CRM Advancement: Beyond managing local dedicated CRM, actively collaborate with Global/Regional teams to co-create and deploy next-generation CRM models and advanced lifecycle journeys. Lead the strategic alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end integration of future CRM ecosystems.

CRM CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Direct Campaign Execution: Drive results beyond high-level strategy by actively planning, operating, and creating high-impact content for core CRM campaigns.
  • Continuous Performance Enhancement: Lead performance tracking, A/B testing, and iterative optimization based on data-driven insights to elevate campaign ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to coordinate, create, and manage campaigns by implementing user journeys and segmentation strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business related discipline
  • 7+ years in CRM and growth marketing with proven expertise in acquisition and CRM management
