The PRN Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes as part of a specialized care program designed to improve outcomes, reduce hospital readmissions, and support recovery in a comfortable home environment.This role requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and experience in high-acuity nursing skills including infusion therapy and wound care.
