Diamond B Compressor & Hydraulics has been established in the gulf coast for over 50 years, servicing the Industrial, Residential, and Marine Industries. We staff trained technicians with over 100 years of combined experience.
Servicing air compressors, hydraulics, marine vessel maintenance including deck equipment, winches, hydraulic power units and basic vessel preventative maintenance and services.
We also offer a full line of coast guard approved fuel hoses, and fittings for all of your marine needs.
We provide sales and service for pneumatic tools, cylinders, and marine air controls of every kind.

Summary:
We sell and service compressed air equipment. The Field Service Technician will repair this equipment on-site and on demand to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Technician Must Be Able To:
  • Perform mechanical and electrical duties to repair, maintain, survey, and commission compressed air equipment.
  • Resolve customer-initiated technical issues.
  • Visit customer sites for courtesy calls on days without paid jobs.
  • Work with Diamond B Products Account Managers and management to increase Service and aftermarket revenue.
  • Travel to assist other Diamond B Products Technicians as needed.
  • Be an ambassador for the Company.

Specific Tasks Include:
  • Remove, rebuild, and replace valves weighing up to 60 pounds, unassisted.
  • Remove and replace pipe spools up to 8" in diameter.
  • Perform electrical tests with a voltmeter.
  • Program, troubleshoot microprocessor and PLC-based equipment controls.
  • Climb and work on scaffolding.
  • Complete daily reports by computer.
  • Dump and load air dryer desiccant by hand in 50 sacks.

Additional Tasks:
  • Learn and be able to start up and troubleshoot Diamond B Products supplied packages.
  • Be a technical resource to customers over the phone.
  • Although the vast majority of jobs are on-site with the customer, be able to set up and perform some repairs/rebuilds in-house.
