Automation Operator -$500 SIGN ON BONUS!
Responsibilities:
  • Operate automated machines.
  • Works to meet daily and weekly production demands.
  • Produce product that meets or exceeds customer specifications.
  • Be able to spot minor and major non-conformities.
  • Keep workstation clean and safe throughout shift and changeovers.
  • Be comfortable working with computers and technology.
  • Have experience using measurement tools.
  • Monitor machine for efficient operation.
  • Place finished product in proper storage area as needed using forklift, pallet jack, etc.
  • Load and unload reels and raw materials as needed.
  • Must be able to work independently without constant oversight.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred;
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and consistently changing environment;
  • Excellent manual dexterity; Strong physical endurance; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 50lbs;
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting through root cause problem solving
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be flexible with work hours and be able to work overtime and weekends when needed
  • Work well in a team or individually.
