Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Prospect and cultivate new customer relationships within the assigned region or vertical market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits, solution-based selling, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists and vendors to design and deliver customized control and automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to decision-makers and engineering teams.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities using CRM software.
• Provide input on market and customer feedback to sales leadership and product management.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, process control, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of valves, instrumentation, flow control, and automation products.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet/exceed quotas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
