With over 30 years of rotating equipment experience between them, Travis and David focused on developing GWI into a customer-oriented service company. Since that time, GWI has grown to a company with over 50 full-time employees. The employees of GWI are specialists in their fields. They have a vast knowledge of pumping equipment and the applications they are used in. The employees have experience from Original Equipment Manufacturers, motor shops, contractors, machine shops and other rotating equipment repair facilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Perform on site mechanical repairs as required and instructed on Pumps, Valves, Gearboxes, Motor and other equipment.
-Supervise other mechanics to perform repairs as required.
-Complete all job site reports as required.
-Follow all safety rules and policies.
-Follow all company policies.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office, shop & field environment. Will be using a desktop computer, cell phone, various hand tools and electrical equipment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift heavy materials. The employee should be able to talk and hear.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Some travel is expected for this position.
