Job description

WKF Landscape Members are an essential part of the team, responsible for handling stock, deliveries, plant care, full lawn care, Holiday Decorator and being a floral helper at times. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work, with a focus on building and maintaining high-quality landscapes with tropical twist. You, the Crew Member, will contribute to creating breathtaking outdoor spaces, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, with dedication to customer satisfaction.

Skill Set and Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • CDL Class A Licence preferred, Straight Trucks with Equipment Trailers
  • Familiarity in Landscaping, Skid Loaders, Commercial Mowers is a plus
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, and safely lift weights 50 lbs or greater
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must pass background check (due to work with high-profile clientele)

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Crew to complete routes efficiently and with the highest quality
  • Operate equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining clean and organized job sites
  • Participate actively in team tasks, Planting Trees & Shrubs, Landscape Walls & Patios
  • Holiday installations
  • Care for and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles
