Family owned high end event business in West Palm Beach is seeking a Floral Helper to join our events team! Our work environment includes: positive and enthusiastic team members, growth opportunities, some on-the-job training, a safe work environment, and a lively atmosphere.
Duties & Qualifications
  • Assist in creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, galas, corporate, social and special events
  • Event set-up experience and Holiday Decorating experience a plus
  • Assist in arranging flowers and maintain the overall appearance of the floral department
  • Knowledge of different types of flowers, floral arrangements, and design techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to keep an organized workspace
  • Ability to work fast and efficiently
  • Effective communication skills
