As a Leasing Consultant you will integrate your customer service, sales, and marketing skills to support our mission while leasing our apartment homes to interested customers. What Your Day Consists Of

  • Lease the community

  • Market the community

  • Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention

  • Maintain general office organization

  • Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members

What You BringToUs

Work Environment

Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents,

vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.

Physical Requirements

Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, andcommon areaswhile conducting tours andassistingresidents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments with frequent customer interaction.
