Your Responsibilities

We are seeking candidates for a full-time Assistant Property Manager position in Worcester, MA. You will support 3 sites, totaling 97 units of family housing. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include: 

  • Recertifications.
  • Rent collections. 
  • Bank deposits. 
  • Monthly reporting.
  • Weekly common area inspections. 
  • Compliance.
  • Resident relations. 
  • Other administrative tasks as needed to support the property management team.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset will be key to success in this role.

  • Previous experience in property management, including knowledge of the LIHTC program, is required. 
  • COS, C3P, or other certifications related to affordable housing are preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Yardi is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required for travel between sites.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
