Your Responsibilities

Amesbury Gardens, located in Lawrence, MA, is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager.  The property consists of 160 units.  The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include leasing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, report preparation, work orders, processing invoices, event coordination, special projects, and overall office management.
