  • Manage lab and PPE supplies, maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

  • Collaborate with front desk and lab teams to support daily workflow

  • Uphold safety standards, patient confidentiality, and infection control protocols

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, EMT, or LPN program

  • 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant and in phlebotomy

  • Willingness to train on injections if not already proficient

  • Experience in behavioral health, billing, or healthcare settings is a plus

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days

  • Proficient in EMRs and Microsoft Office

Why CleanSlate?

  • Generous PTO, floating holiday, and paid company holidays

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) with company match

  • Company-paid life, disability, and malpractice insurance

  • A mission-driven culture that values teamwork, compassion, and making a real difference.
