Indianapolis, IN Portfolio | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support four apartment communities throughout the Indianapolis area. This unique role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting leasing operations wherever you're needed most.
Whether you have multifamily leasing experience or come from a strong sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service background, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Floating Leasing Professional, you'll provide leasing and operational support across multiple communities while delivering an exceptional experience for both prospective and current residents. You'll:
  • Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging apartment tours.
  • Build relationships through prompt follow-up, professional communication, and confident closing techniques.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring applications and lease documents are accurate and complete.
  • Support move-ins, lease renewals, resident communications, and day-to-day leasing activities.
  • Assist with vacation coverage and provide additional support to communities based on business needs.
  • Partner with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals while maintaining outstanding customer service.
  • Utilize property management software to manage prospect activity and resident information.
  • Adapt quickly to different communities, teams, and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.

Communities You'll Support:
This floating position provides coverage for:
  • Parkside at Castleton
  • Lakeside Crossing at Eagle Creek
  • Preserve on Allisonville
  • Astoria Park

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between these communities are required.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $20.00-$22.00 per hour
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • 20% Apartment Rent Discount
  • $100 Leasing Commission for Every New Lease

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous leasing experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or property management encouraged.
  • Yardi experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work locations.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned communities.
