Job Type: Full-Time


Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year depending on qualifications and prior experience. In addition to base pay, we also have a generous incentive program. Compensation for travel is provided.

What to expect:

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the financial well-being of our members. As a Float Assistant Branch Sales and Service Manager, you will help coach and develop team members, contribute to running smooth branch operations, and help our members by providing account and lending services directly to them. This position travels primarily between our Sturgis, White Pigeon, Three Rivers, Centreville and Colon locations to help assist branch managers and team members. Training in Battle Creek, MI is required.


Qualifications:

An Associate's degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferred. Two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bondability

Prior Consumer Lending Experience
