Responsibilities
How will you make an impact?
This position is intended to support administrative operations through a stronger focus on reporting, systems management, and process improvement, rather than traditional transactional admin support.
Key responsibilities would include:
Operational Reporting & Data Analysis
• Maintain and validate reports that support staffing, attendance, and compliance tracking
• Identify trends and provide insights to support operational decision-making
Systems & Automation Support
• Maintain and improve existing automation workflows (sick reporting, compliance tracking, notifications)
• Partner on developing new automations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
Process Standardization & Improvement
• Identify gaps in current administrative processes and implement standardized solutions
• Reduce variability and improve turnaround times across admin functions
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Partner with Operations, Workforce Planning, and Admin teams to ensure alignment
• Support communication and execution of administrative processes impacting the operation
Data Integrity & Compliance Support
• Ensure accuracy of administrative data used for compliance and operational reporting
• Support tracking of requirements tied to badges, attendance, and other regulatory needs
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects to meet deadlines and objectives. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time and be self-motivated

  • Must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy
  • May be subjected to engine fumes, vehicle emissions, dust, engine noise and de-icing fluids
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated
  • Minimum age of 18
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language and in Caribbean bases, Spanish is preferred.
  • Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment
  • Must perform job functions in variable weather conditions as well as environmental conditions.
  • Must be able to lift bags weighing up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off
  • College Degree preferred
  • Previous Public contact experience preferred
